About the activities

How can I purchase an activity on the website?
• You choose your activity in the Experiences section, select the number of adults and children who will be part of the group, and complete the payment online. It's as simple as that!

Is there a complete calendar of activities and workshops?
• Yes, it is located in the Experiences section of the website.

Where do the activities take place?
• The places designated for the workshops and activities will always be strategically chosen natural paradises to make the most of the experience.

Are virtual activities available?
• Yes, they exist, but they are not usually regular. They can be requested specifically through the contact area by submitting a form.

What does each activity include?
• The activities include a light snack. If you have any allergies or special dietary requirements, you can bring your own snack.

What does each activity NOT include?
• The activities do not include plastic water bottles. It is necessary to bring reusable bottles for the activity.

Important Clarifications

In which currency are the activity prices displayed?
• The prices are in US dollars (USD).

What payment methods are available?
• Payments are easily processed through our store using a credit or debit card accepted by the Stripe payment platform.

Can weather be a problem for carrying out the activities?
• Activities will take place as long as the weather allows it.

¿Hay reembolsos si no puedo asistir a la actividad?
– Cuando reservas tu lugar en nuestra actividad, desde este lado se pone en funcionamiento todo el equipo para brindarte la mejor experiencia. Las plazas, además, son limitadas. Por esta razón, no podemos realizar una devolución del dinero en caso de que no puedas asistir a la actividad. De todas maneras, el cupo es transferible. Es decir: si ya pagaste y, por algún motivo, no puedes venir, puedes cederlo a otra persona para que asista en tu lugar. Sólo se reembolsará la totalidad del dinero, si tomáramos la decisión de suspender la actividad por mal clima.
