Cancellations and refunds
If you cancel your reservation with 30 days or more in advance, you will receive a 100% refund of the amount paid.
If you cancel your reservation between 15 - 29 days in advance, 50% of the total amount paid will be retained.
If you cancel your reservation with less than 14 days in advance, 25% of the total amount paid will be retained.
No credits or refunds will be issued for cancellations made within 24 hours or less prior to the activity, no-shows, or arriving late to the meeting point, and it will result in the loss of 100% of the total amount paid.
In case of any weather-related situations that require us to cancel the activity, participants will be notified in advance, and the full amount paid will be refunded subsequently.
Cancellations due to force majeure, such as:
- Death of a family member - You must provide a death certificate to receive a full refund.
- Illness or accident of the participant or a family member - You must present a medical certificate dated after the reserved activity date and must be sent within 14 days after the cancellation to receive a full refund.
- Transportation issues, such as flight cancellations, closed roads, flat tire, among others - You must provide evidence of such events to receive a full refund.
